Service Level Agreement that will be signed by both parties that constitutes the agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and shall supersede all previous oral and written negotiations, commitments, agreements, and understandings related.
Staffing and Resources: SLA will identify staffing of the outsourcing provider to perform the agreed services & Points of Contacts for both Parties.
Intellectual property rights: Yemnak ownership of any reports or Out put, where an unalterable copy is shared with
client to meet deliverables.
